Norman Warnes MBE
Norman founded the band over forty five years ago and has continued to support DWYCB through his retirement. He is a retired Squadron Leader and former conductor of the RAF Central Band. Norman now resides in Lytham St. Annes but has been known to pop into rehearsals when back in Worthing and put the band through their paces!
